General rules for the AryaMarga Yoga Workshops in Europe

1. 90% attendance to all classes, lectures, morning and evening meditations is mandatory. Frequent absence may lead to expulsion from the workshop

2. Alcohol is prohibited at the retreat location

3. The retreat location is not vacation resort. Your private or public conduct should enhance learning and growth. 

4. Please maintain silence at the retreat location after 10:30 pm.

5. Loud music is not allowed at the retreat location.

6. Use of intoxicants drugs is prohibited during the retreat

7. If you have any medical problem, please let us know when you enrol for your stay.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. If due to unforeseeable circumstances, AryaMarga Yoga is compelled to cancel or postpone the program, in such exceptional circumstances, 100% of the program fee will be refunded to the students. All transactional cost shall also be borne by AryaMarga Yoga.
2. All registered students who seek refund of fee on cancellation by self, due to personal reasons, can claim a refund of the course fee excluding the registration deposit. The last date for such a claim shall be 14 days before the workshop commencement date.
3. In the above instance, transaction and bank charges are to be borne by the student.
4. There shall be no refund of fee after the start of the Workshop. However, Management may take a compassionate view of the cancellation request in a case to case manner.
5. Program fee paid by one person is not transferrable to another, unless recommended by the concerned Department Head
6. The policy mentioned above shall be subject to change under the discretion of AryaMarga Yoga Management, as and when deemed necessary.

Privacy Policy

  1. Students to assume full responsibility for themselves and for their personal property and they agree that participation in all activities is entirely at their own risk and peril and they further agree not to hold the Aryamarga Yoga Institute responsible in any way for any injury and /or damages which they may suffer.

  2. By attending a course at the Aryamarga Yoga Institute, students agree to abide by all rules and regulations of the Aryamarga Yoga & The Retreat Location. They understand that if they do not follow any of the rules, they may be asked to leave the workshop.

  3. Students acknowledge that the name Aryamarga, Aryamarga Yoga Institute, its logos, teaching manuals and materials are the property of the Aryamarga Institute and are protected by copyright and trademark law and as such can only be used by Aryamarga institute Centre unless authorized.
